Overview
Stripe is seeking a Channel Program Lead for their Alliances & Channels team to drive partner success and ecosystem growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a new channel strategy. This role requires experience in building channel programs and a strong understanding of the financial technology ecosystem.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in building channel programs, ideally for usage-based or consumption-based products. Your experience includes launching or managing reseller or MSP programs for major SaaS or IaaS platforms like AWS, Microsoft, or Google. You possess a strong understanding of the payments or financial technology ecosystem, which enables you to navigate complex partner landscapes effectively. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development and strategic thinking.
What you'll do
As the Channel Program Lead, you will act as the founding PM for Stripe's new channel programs, taking the new channel strategy from a validated concept to a fully operational, revenue-generating global program. You will own the business case and define the partner experience, leading a virtual team across Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales to bring critical new partner motions to market. Your role will involve architecting the commercial and programmatic frameworks that enable partners to scale from single projects to enterprise-wide transformations. You will be responsible for driving partner success and ecosystem growth at scale, ensuring that the programs you develop align with Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
