You have a strong background in channel partnerships and business development, with a proven track record of managing relationships that drive revenue growth. Your experience includes working with accelerators, law firms, and venture capital firms, enabling you to understand the startup ecosystem and identify high-intent customers. You are results-driven and have a knack for building repeatable referral motions that empower partners to succeed. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with sales teams to ensure efficient closing of opportunities.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Pulley's cap table management tools to potential partners. Your ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are proactive and self-motivated, always looking for ways to optimize processes and improve partner engagement. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable analyzing metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnership strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of channel partners, focusing on accelerators, law firms, and fractional CFO networks. You will formalize existing relationships and pilot new initiatives to drive partner-sourced revenue. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enable partners to succeed, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to introduce high-intent customers to Pulley.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality opportunities into the sales pipeline, setting them up for efficient closing. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor Pulley's offerings to better serve them. You will also track and analyze partnership performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
What we offer
Pulley offers a competitive compensation package with a total on-target earnings range of $157,000–$175,000, consisting of 80% base salary and 20% variable compensation tied to performance. You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to making it easier for anyone to start a company. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to helping founders succeed.
