Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the financial services or payments industry. You thrive in fast-paced settings and can create clarity and structure in your team. Your ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, sets you apart. You have experience scoping and managing strategic projects with input from cross-functional teams, which is crucial for this role. You are adept at making hiring decisions and honing ideal candidate profiles to build a strong team.

Desirable

Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with payments technology. You understand the nuances of enterprise sales and can navigate complex sales cycles effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to define key sales support mechanisms and processes that drive results. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can analyze results to make timely recommendations for action.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Stripe, you will lead a team of Account Executives, driving sales growth through successful leadership and organizational planning. You will oversee the expansion of Stripe’s footprint with global SaaS platforms, ensuring that our payments-as-a-service offering becomes a competitive advantage for high-growth organizations. You will create structure and focus for go-to-market ideas and product sales campaigns, collaborating closely with the product team to drive execution and measurement. Your role will involve analyzing results and making recommendations for action in a timely manner, ensuring that your team meets its sales targets.

You will define key sales support mechanisms, processes, and programs to meet the needs of your team and clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a high-performance culture within your team, where collaboration and customer service are paramount. You will also be responsible for onboarding new team members and ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
