Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and are passionate about building long-term relationships with clients. Your experience includes selling data platforms and integration engines, and you understand the nuances of the UK healthcare market, including both private and NHS sectors. You are skilled at articulating complex solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of the products you represent.

You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can motivate both internal and external teams to achieve desired business outcomes. Your ability to discover, qualify, and develop sales opportunities is complemented by your strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers while also securing new business.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at InterSystems, you will be responsible for selling data platform products to new and existing healthcare customers across the UK. You will maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while discovering and developing new sales opportunities. Your role will involve collaborating with the UK Bid team to provide timely proposals and managing any technical or contractual issues that arise. You will also be expected to travel regularly across the North of England and Scotland to meet with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that you are always in touch with the market and customer needs.
