With strong coaching skills, you excel at mentoring sales professionals to enhance their skills in consultative selling and pipeline generation. You understand the importance of building relationships with strategic clients and industry leaders, and you are passionate about Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly allows you to connect with highly technical customers effectively.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable operating in early-stage companies. Your experience includes developing long-term visions and strategies for sales teams while managing day-to-day operations. You are results-oriented and hold yourself accountable for achieving ambitious revenue and activation targets. You have a knack for inspiring and motivating teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Desirable
Experience in enterprise sales and familiarity with the MEDDIIC sales methodology would be advantageous. You are also well-versed in the latest sales technologies and tools that can enhance team performance and customer engagement.
What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Stripe, you will lead a team of sales executives, guiding them to achieve their targets while scaling the go-to-market presence across the Americas.
