Your ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and technical teams sets you apart, allowing you to uncover deep customer pain points and desired outcomes. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and tailoring Stripe's solutions to address the most pressing challenges faced by clients in Greater China. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop and execute account strategies that align with customer objectives. Your mission is to map the customer's transformation journey, crafting future-state roadmaps that consider complex third-party integrations. You will engage with founders and finance leaders to understand their strategic business objectives, ensuring that Stripe's offerings are positioned as the definitive answer to their needs. You will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that the solutions you design are feasible and scalable, contributing to the overall success of Stripe in the market.
