What you'll do

As a Customer Solutions Architect at Supabase, you will lead technical discovery sessions with customers to uncover their business objectives and set appropriate expectations for the Supabase platform. You will design and architect tailored solutions that align with their needs, ensuring a smooth adoption process. Your role will involve regular customer engagements to address complex questions, unblock adoption challenges, and optimize performance as their usage scales.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the development process. By leading proof-of-value implementations, you will demonstrate the capabilities of Supabase and help customers realize the full potential of the platform.
