You have a strong background in customer success and technical architecture, with experience leading teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Your expertise in PostgreSQL allows you to guide your team in providing technical excellence and strategic insights to customers. You are skilled in developing structured onboarding and training plans that empower your team to excel in their roles. You understand the importance of collaboration across sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to renewal.

You possess excellent people management skills, having successfully hired, coached, and developed a global team of Customer Solutions Architects. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders enables you to serve as a trusted advisor to customers. You are passionate about driving customer success and are committed to creating repeatable best practices that enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

As the Customer Solution Architect Team Lead at Supabase, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring that your team delivers successful outcomes and drives value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey. Your role will involve creating structured onboarding, training, and development plans for your team, focusing on technical storytelling and customer success strategies.

You will empower your team to unblock adoption and drive value for customers, ensuring that they consistently deliver successful outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and technical excellence. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance and implementing best practices that enhance the overall customer experience.
