What you'll do
As the Customer Solution Architect Team Lead at Supabase, you will oversee a global team of Customer Solutions Architects, ensuring they deliver technical excellence and long-term success for our customers. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing your team, creating structured onboarding and training plans that enhance their skills in technical storytelling and customer success strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to define and scale the CSA motion across the customer journey, from discovery through adoption and renewal. Your role will involve ensuring that your team consistently delivers successful outcomes, unblocking adoption, and driving value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts. You will also be involved in developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery and proof-of-value onboarding, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
