What you'll do

In this role, you will investigate and resolve advanced customer issues across the Supabase platform, including Postgres, Auth, Storage, Realtime, and Edge Functions. You will provide proactive advice to users, helping them optimize their workloads and navigate challenges effectively. Your responsibilities will include reproducing bugs, isolating root causes, and proposing workarounds, as well as escalating issues to engineering with detailed reproduction steps.

You will also be tasked with spotting patterns in support tickets and recommending improvements to documentation and tooling based on your findings. Mentoring junior team members will be an essential part of your role, as you help raise the overall bar for support quality within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the developer experience and the overall success of the Supabase platform.
