You have a proven track record in customer success management, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your attention to detail and metrics-driven mindset enable you to drive customer satisfaction and success effectively. You are articulate and credible, capable of engaging with customers at all levels to ensure they achieve full adoption of the products. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.

You understand the importance of customer metrics such as NPS and renewal rates, and you actively pursue opportunities for improvement and expansion. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify account risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including marketing and finance teams, to create initiatives that encourage customer growth and upsell opportunities.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Suvoda, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring their success through various metrics. You will drive the strategic development of customer programs, actively seeking opportunities for enhancements and operational improvements. Your role will involve identifying revenue conversion opportunities and establishing initiatives to encourage customer growth. You will create and drive value realization throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring that customers derive maximum benefit from the products.

You will proactively identify account risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support. Additionally, you will work closely with CSM leaders on business initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success of the customer success team. Your efforts will help shape the customer experience and drive satisfaction, ultimately leading to higher retention and expansion rates.
