Who you are
You are a curious and resourceful problem-solver with a knack for diving into code and troubleshooting complex issues. With a Bachelor's degree, you have a foundational understanding of technical support in a SaaS environment. You enjoy collaborating with various teams, including Services, Product, and Support, to investigate production issues and propose effective solutions. Your critical and logical thinking skills ensure financial data integrity while you manage priorities through a ticketing system.
You have experience writing, executing, and validating Python-based scripts for data changes and bulk data corrections in a production environment. You are comfortable supporting technical customer implementations involving sensitive financial data and are eager to recommend continuous improvements for operational and technical efficiencies. Your ability to coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on future enhancements showcases your proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
While not required, familiarity with application server management and deployment would be beneficial. You are open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes as needed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of production issues and drive escalations as necessary. You will research and resolve issues using your analytical skills, ensuring that you maintain the integrity of financial data. Your responsibilities will include writing and validating Python scripts to address data-related challenges and assisting in the documentation of technical work instructions.
You will work closely with various teams to support technical customer implementations, ensuring that all processes are smooth and efficient. Your role will also involve coordinating with Engineering and Product teams to discuss future enhancements and capabilities, allowing you to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's products.
As part of your daily tasks, you will manage priorities through a ticketing system, ensuring that all requests are addressed in a timely manner. You will also support application server management and troubleshoot issues in both lower and production environments, playing a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency.
