Who you are
As a Head Coach (General Manager), you are the leader and strategist of your store, inspiring your team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You have a strong focus on building healthier communities through real food and are committed to using data-driven insights to guide your decisions. You foster an inclusive culture while coaching talent and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. You adapt to a dynamic environment and prioritize team safety while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
You excel in people and team leadership, managing the full employee lifecycle and fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion. You deliver timely feedback and develop a strong, diverse talent pipeline that aligns with the company's values. Your operational expertise ensures that food safety and cleanliness standards are met, and you resolve any facility, supply, or food quality issues that arise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead your team by balancing people, operations, and business performance. You will drive sales and profit by analyzing reports, managing costs, and executing strategic plans. You will create effective schedules aligned with business goals and ensure that your team delivers clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned experiences to guests. You will act on guest metrics and make data-informed business decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
You will operate and support all systems, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize daily operations to ensure smooth business and guest experiences. You will maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, while also resolving any issues that may arise.
