You have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of building long-term relationships with clients. You understand the restaurant industry and are passionate about enhancing dining experiences through technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively advise and support your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive performance and achieve targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue from your restaurant portfolio month over month by selling and activating TheFork solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for your restaurants, building strong, long-term partnerships. Your support will primarily be through email and phone, where you will advise on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing strategies. You will define and execute action plans in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance. Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing Restaurant Offer team to create and manage promotional plans, including Festivals and special offers. Negotiating fair and sustainable commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and increase seat occupancy will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also monitor compliance with TheFork's terms and conditions to ensure an excellent B2C user experience, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.
