You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic revenue growth or B2B sales within a SaaS company — you've successfully engaged with decision makers and educated them on SaaS platforms, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue in a competitive landscape. Your strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem, allows you to effectively address the needs and pain points of a developer-focused audience.
You possess proven skills in writing, testing, and iterating on copy and creative assets — your familiarity with data analytics tools enables you to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance effectively. You have a systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution, which has helped you scale growth channels successfully.
Your experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment has equipped you with the skills to collaborate effectively across distances. You thrive in environments where you can take initiative and drive outcomes with minimal guidance, and you are passionate about building new infrastructure technologies.
What you'll do
As the Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth initiatives and optimizing B2B sales processes. You will engage directly with decision makers at B2B organizations, educating them on the value of Syndica's SaaS offerings. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and identifying promising channels for growth, ensuring that you deliver industry-best month-over-month growth and positive return on ad spend.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with a developer-focused audience. Your ability to write compelling copy and create engaging creative assets will be crucial in attracting and retaining customers. You will also leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, iterating on strategies to maximize effectiveness.
In your first six months, you will earn the trust of your team and demonstrate your ability to drive outcomes from ideation through implementation. By the end of your first year, you will have mastered growth initiatives and established a system for continuous ideation and experimentation, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.
