Overview
Syndigo is hiring an Account Executive, Expansion to uncover opportunities and grow existing customers in the SMB/Mid-Market space. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers to articulate the value of Syndigo's offerings. This role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the Chicago office.

Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to engage with manufacturers and suppliers effectively, helping them understand the value of Syndigo's solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Managers to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Your ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively is one of your key strengths, enabling you to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
You are results-driven and motivated by achieving targets. Your previous roles have taught you the importance of understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right solutions. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the commerce ecosystem and can quickly adapt to changing market dynamics. What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on expanding Syndigo's footprint within the SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to connect with potential clients. Collaborating with Account Managers, you will develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. You will articulate the value proposition of Syndigo's offerings, helping clients understand how our solutions can enhance their product content and supply chain efficiency.
You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Your insights will help shape Syndigo's approach to customer engagement and product offerings. You will also participate in sales presentations and negotiations, working to close deals that benefit both Syndigo and our clients. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities, ensuring that you can effectively position Syndigo as a leader in the market.
