Gorgias is hiring an Account Executive for Enterprise Expansion to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive growth in Annual Recurring Revenue. This role focuses on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to existing customers.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts β your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive growth through renewals and upselling. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating value for customers, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams β your ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients sets you apart. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your strategies and decisions.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Gorgias, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 enterprise accounts, focusing on driving growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Your role will involve identifying opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling, ensuring that our largest customers receive exceptional service and support.
You will collaborate with the Account Management team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention β your insights will help shape the approach we take to engage with our clients. You will also work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that our offerings align with customer needs and market trends.
Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of our solutions and how they can benefit their business.
