Taboola is hiring an Advertising Account Management Director to lead a team responsible for developing growth strategies in the SEA and TH markets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client relationships and drive business performance.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 6 years of professional client-facing experience in the digital advertising space, demonstrating outstanding relationship management and client service skills. Your expertise preferably includes working with brands within premium agencies, and you possess exceptional communication skills that allow you to convey complex ideas simply. You are a critical thinker who can translate big data into actionable insights, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where prioritization and task management are key. You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and have a strong network within the SEA and TH markets. While prior experience directly leading teams is an advantage, you may also have demonstrated leadership qualities through leading projects and initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Advertising Account Management Director, you will play a vital role in leading a team of Account Managers responsible for the SEA region. You will develop and implement growth strategies for an existing book of business, working closely with the Sales Director and Country Manager to align on regional priorities. Your role will involve acting in a consultative sales capacity, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance client relationships and identify up-sell and optimization opportunities at scale. You will drive strategic initiatives that accelerate business performance, ensuring that your team meets its goals and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
