You have 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital media or online publisher space — you've successfully managed accounts and understand the nuances of the advertising landscape. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to identify upsell opportunities and optimize client campaigns effectively.

You possess outstanding relationship management and customer service skills — your ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English allows you to navigate the complexities of Japanese business culture with ease. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with high-performing teams.

Your analytical mindset enables you to monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights to clients — you are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your critical thinking skills help you devise innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Desirable

Experience working with native or display advertising is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to onboard new clients and help them understand the platform's features. A self-motivated attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are essential traits for success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Growth Advertising Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a large book of business — your primary responsibility will be to identify upsell opportunities at scale and grow revenue for your accounts.
