You have 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital media or online publisher space β you've successfully managed relationships and understand the nuances of the industry. Your outstanding relationship management and customer service skills enable you to connect effectively with clients and partners alike.
Being a native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills is essential for this role β you can articulate complex ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. You have experience working with native and display advertising, which gives you an edge in understanding client needs and expectations.
Your strong critical thinking skills allow you to analyze performance metrics and identify upsell opportunities β you thrive in fast-paced environments and can prioritize tasks effectively. You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial, comfortable dealing with ambiguity while driving results.
What you'll do
As a Publisher Account Manager for the Korea Market, you will manage and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic partners β your role will involve understanding the organizationβs business needs and developing relationships at all levels. You will monitor and analyze metrics, proactively taking steps to improve performance outcomes.
You will oversee the successful implementation of the Taboola content discovery platform, ensuring that clients are satisfied and achieving their goals. Your ability to articulate and present value propositions will be crucial in driving successful deal closures and identifying new opportunities for growth.
