You have a strong background in technical sales and are accustomed to solving complex customer problems โ you thrive in environments where you can demonstrate the value of technology to both technical and executive audiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders sets you apart, and you enjoy collaborating with sales teams to navigate winning sales cycles. You are passionate about technology and have a deep understanding of the database space, which allows you to position solutions effectively against competitors.
You are comfortable working hands-on with prospects and customers, demonstrating technology through compelling value-based presentations and proof of concepts โ your technical expertise enables you to engage in meaningful discussions about design and implementation. You maintain a keen awareness of industry trends and competitive technologies, which helps you strategize effectively and provide insights that drive customer success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will present Snowflake's technology and vision to both executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers โ your presentations will highlight the unique value propositions of Snowflake's offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop strategies that lead to successful sales cycles. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on demonstrations of Snowflake technology, guiding customers through proof of concepts, and assisting in the design and implementation phases to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
You will immerse yourself in the evolving industry landscape, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies โ this knowledge will empower you to position Snowflake effectively in relation to other vendors. Collaboration with product management will be key as you help enable and accelerate growth through customer feedback and insights. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and closing large deals, ultimately contributing to the success of Snowflake's mission to reinvent the database space.
