What you'll do
As an Agile Coach at Tailor, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the Agile transformation process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Agile practices that enhance collaboration and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, training sessions, and coaching individuals and teams on Agile principles and practices. You will help teams identify and remove impediments, ensuring they can deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to align Agile initiatives with the company's strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of Agile practices within the organization, using metrics to drive improvements and celebrate successes. Your insights will help shape the future of product development at Tailor, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving ERP market.
