What you'll do
As an Enterprise Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of products, tools, and services that enhance employee capabilities. You will support information systems operations using the Tailor Platform and third-party software, focusing on improving internal IT systems and employee experiences. You will build and lead the enterprise engineering team in alignment with Tailor's business growth, ensuring that the solutions you create are tailored to client needs.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the unique requirements of the organization. Your role will involve designing and implementing systems that are flexible and scalable, allowing for quick adaptations to changing business environments. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
