You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the technology sector, and understand how to leverage talent as a strategic advantage. With 5+ years of experience, you excel in building relationships and driving business outcomes through effective talent strategies. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate the value of talent consultancy to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the success of your clients. You are adaptable and can pivot your approach based on client needs and market dynamics.

Desirable

Experience working with high-growth companies or in a consultancy environment is a plus. Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and employer branding will set you apart. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement in talent functions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients across the West Coast. You will work closely with high-growth technology companies to understand their unique talent needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their recruitment processes.
