What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the world's best recruiters to work at Talentful. You will utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring that Talentful continues to build a strong team of talent leaders. You will partner with high-growth technology businesses to understand their unique hiring needs and help them attract, engage, and retain top talent. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients by enabling them to scale efficiently and thoughtfully.
