What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the world's best talent for Talentful's clients — you will utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring that you present the best possible candidates to your clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with their business goals.

You will also play a key role in enhancing the employer brand of your clients, helping them to stand out in the competitive talent market — your insights and recommendations will be invaluable in shaping their recruitment strategies and processes. You will be expected to track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
