What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the world's best software engineering talent to our clients. You will utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including leveraging LinkedIn and other creative methods. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help shape the recruitment strategy. Your focus will be on building relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also contribute to improving talent processes and employer brand activation, helping to position Talentful as a leader in the recruitment space.
