Tanium is seeking a Government Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships within Federal Civilian accounts. You'll manage full-cycle sales campaigns and collaborate with strategic partners. This role requires experience in federal sales and offers a dynamic environment for growth.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience in full-cycle sales campaigns, particularly within the Federal Civilian sector. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is key, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can develop your sales acumen. You are motivated and driven, eager to learn and embrace Tanium's value selling strategy. You understand the importance of a methodically qualified sales pipeline and are comfortable with high volumes of activity, including outbound calls and social selling.

What you'll do

As a Government Account Executive, you will develop, grow, and maintain relationships within a dedicated account book of Federal Civilian accounts. You will be responsible for building and managing a qualified sales pipeline from start to close, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer challenges to sell our solutions effectively. Your role will involve researching, identifying, and generating new opportunities weekly, while working closely with our strategic partners and sales engineers to drive the best outcomes for customers. You will also need to maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and current trends in the marketplace.
