Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly within the Federal sector, and are comfortable engaging with high-level executives such as CIOs and CISOs. Your ability to articulate complex technology solutions in a way that resonates with diverse audiences sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing complex sales cycles while nurturing relationships within your assigned territory.
You possess a deep understanding of the Federal 4th Estate and have experience working with key departments such as the Department of War, DISA, and DCDC. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities and generate leads effectively, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. You are detail-oriented, maintaining excellent hygiene in your sales forecasting and CRM management.
What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within your assigned Federal territory. You will articulate the value of the platform to various stakeholders, from C-suite executives to technical teams, ensuring that the solutions you propose are tailored to meet their specific needs. You will collaborate closely with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting efforts, driving sales development activities to maintain a robust pipeline.
You will conduct online webinars and in-person presentations to generate qualified leads, showcasing the capabilities of the Tanium platform. Your role will also involve traveling as needed to meet with clients and partners, further strengthening relationships and expanding your network within the Federal sector. Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed assigned quotas and deliver a superior customer experience.
