Tanium is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to drive enterprise software sales in the Mid-Market Tennessee region. You'll articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision makers and manage complex sales cycles. This role requires significant experience in enterprise software sales.

Who you are
You have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex software transactions with major customers in your region. You are equally comfortable discussing business benefits with C-suite executives as you are engaging with technical teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of both business and technology. Your strong team mentality means you thrive in collaborative environments, recognizing that selling is a team sport at Tanium. You have a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving superior customer experiences through tailored technology solutions.
What you'll do
As a Director of Strategic Accounts on the Tanium field sales team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within your assigned territory and accounts. You will articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision makers and expertly manage the complex sales cycle. Nurturing and developing relationships within your assigned territory is key, as you will present the value of the Tanium platform to the C-suite. You will work closely with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts, ensuring healthy pipeline management through appropriate sales development activities. Accurately forecasting and maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene will be part of your responsibilities, along with conducting online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads. Travel may be required as needed.
