Tanium is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers receive value from their investment and maintain high retention rates. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive customer engagement and platform adoption in Tokyo with a hybrid work model.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. You understand the importance of building relationships and aligning with customer business needs to drive successful outcomes. You are data-driven and can leverage qualitative feedback to enhance customer engagement strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, solution engineers, and domain architects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful business outcomes for customers, leading to world-class retention and expansion for Tanium. You will collaborate with an account team to understand the unique complexities of the customers you serve and create tailored paths for full platform adoption. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for further integration of Tanium into their business processes to increase ROI. You will perform activities that drive adoption and value against an agreed-upon plan with the customer, including creating necessary artifacts and managing data effectively.
