What you'll do

In this internship, you will work closely with a mentor who will guide you through the process of triaging technical issues and engaging with customers. You will gain hands-on experience in addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical problems related to security, operations, asset management, and risk management. This role will provide you with valuable insights into the technical support field and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will also participate in team efforts to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing to the satisfaction of Tanium's enterprise customers.

What we offer

Tanium offers a competitive hourly rate for this internship, ranging from $27 to $30 per hour, along with additional benefits such as a housing stipend, 401k matching, and a monthly allowance for communication expenses. You will have the chance to work in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance in-office and remote work.
