Tanium is hiring an Enterprise Services Engineer to support customers by operating and maintaining the Tanium platform. You'll work closely with Technical Account Managers and other teams to ensure customer success in Dayton, OH.

Who you are
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally as an Enterprise Services Engineer or in a similar capacity. You excel in problem-solving and have a knack for addressing complex technical issues independently or collaboratively with your team. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a team-based environment and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals using the Tanium platform.
You are familiar with operationalizing and maintaining enterprise software solutions, and you understand the importance of compliance, risk management, and security in large organizations. Your experience in handling tier 3 support cases has equipped you with the skills to identify and escalate issues effectively. You are proactive in seeking opportunities for customers to derive greater value from the technology they use.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Services Engineer at Tanium, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing hands-on support for the Tanium platform. You will conduct daily health checks on assigned accounts and work closely with Technical Account Managers to address strategic customer activities. Your responsibilities will include operationalizing, administering, and maintaining the Tanium platform to solve complex technical issues. You will document best practices and contribute to the development of playbooks to enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to improve the operational status of key accounts and ensure that customer needs are consistently met. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for customers to maximize their use of the Tanium platform, and you will be responsible for tracking activity, after-action reports, and root cause analyses. You will also engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Tanium platform.
