You are comfortable in a hands-on, execution-heavy role, where you will partner with product leadership to develop and define strategies for various customer segments. Desirable

Experience in IT Operations, Security, and Risk products is a plus, as is familiarity with developing pricing strategies that mitigate business risks. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Packaging & Pricing function within the Finance & Operations team at Tanium. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and define strategies for our products and customer segments, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. You will drive pricing and packaging programs, including SPIFFs, to accelerate revenue growth and optimize market positioning.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of programs, from concept through testing to launch, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes conducting advanced qualitative and quantitative research to validate strategic hypotheses and assess customer willingness to pay. Your insights will help refine product positioning for maximum impact.

You will analyze buyer motivations and work closely with product leadership to ensure that our pricing strategies align with market demands and customer expectations. Your role will be pivotal in creating strategies that deliver long-term growth for our products.
