You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can foster organizational consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in IT Operations, Security, or Risk products is a plus, as is familiarity with pricing models and market positioning strategies. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and can effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Packaging & Pricing function within the Finance & Operations team at Tanium. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and define the pricing and packaging strategy for our products and customer segments. You will drive pricing and packaging programs to accelerate revenue growth, optimize market positioning, and mitigate business risks across product lines.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of programs—from concept through testing to launch—while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes partnering with product leadership to ensure that the pricing and packaging strategies align with overall business objectives. You will also lead advanced research initiatives to validate strategic hypotheses and refine product positioning for maximum impact.

Your role will require you to analyze buyer motivations and assess customer willingness to pay, ensuring that our pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market expectations. You will work closely with various teams to turn ideas into clean SKUs and measurable revenue and margin outcomes, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and strategic thinking.
