What you'll do
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will support the store leadership team by cultivating an environment that prioritizes customer experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, selling products, and sharing your product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience. You will assist with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and organized. Additionally, you will maintain an efficient stockroom and assist in loss prevention efforts through cycle counts and transfers. Your role will also involve ongoing staff education, where you will share your product knowledge with your colleagues to foster a knowledgeable team.
