You have extensive experience in client services and customer success, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors. Your background includes building and leading teams focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and managing strategic client relationships. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality services and have a proven track record of ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at fostering a collaborative environment within your team. You are skilled in developing processes that enhance the customer experience and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
What you'll do
As the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for building and leading a post-sales customer experience organization. This includes managing strategic client relationships and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. You will oversee four main groups: Client Relationship Lifecycle Management, Program Management, Billing Support, and Operations Pre-Sales support. Your role will involve addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring that the company's services align with client expectations.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, driving initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for analyzing client feedback and implementing improvements based on insights gathered from client interactions.
