What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include managing client issues from intake through resolution, working closely with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and track issues until closure.

Your role will involve assisting in data delivery for Tempus-sequenced patients and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
