Tempus is hiring a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale their customer success function. You possess strong leadership skills and have successfully mentored team members to achieve their professional goals — establishing clear metrics and professional development paths is second nature to you. Your collaborative approach allows you to work seamlessly with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from products and services.
You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to optimize customer success strategies — your ability to analyze customer feedback and usage data helps you identify areas for improvement and innovation. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and are committed to fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
Desirable
Experience in precision medicine or healthcare technology is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced analytics and AI applications. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape and can effectively communicate the value of technology-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Customer Success at Tempus, you will lead the customer success function, developing and executing strategies that ensure clients receive exceptional value from our offerings.
