Overview

Varicent is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams. You'll drive customer outcomes and represent the voice of the customer across the organization. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision in customer success.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer success leadership, ideally with a background in SaaS solutions. You understand the importance of driving customer outcomes and have a proven track record of maximizing customer adoption and renewals. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation within your teams, empowering them to achieve their best work. You are adept at representing the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback informs product development and strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping organizations achieve revenue success through effective customer engagement strategies.

Desirable

Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Revenue Performance Management (RPM) is a plus. Familiarity with working in diverse customer segments, including Growth, Enterprise, and Strategic, will enhance your ability to lead effectively. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and have strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee the Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams, driving customer outcomes across the Americas and EMEA. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize customer adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will ensure that customer needs are prioritized in product development. You will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data and feedback to inform your strategies. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will also represent the voice of the customer in executive discussions, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
