You have a proven track record in leading growth initiatives, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. Your experience includes turning ambiguous opportunities into clear, actionable plans that drive measurable results. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and success in growth strategies.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to design and run experiments that test hypotheses and report on performance metrics. Your ability to map and prioritize new specialty verticals demonstrates your strategic thinking and market understanding. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of channel partnerships and have a knack for building relationships that foster collaboration and innovation.
What you'll do
As the Special Projects Lead, you will own zero-to-one growth initiatives from problem definition through pilot and handoff, creating playbooks that others can run. You will map and prioritize new specialty verticals, developing go-to-market plans that resonate with target audiences. Your role will involve designing and running growth experiments across the referral funnel, where you will baseline performance, hypothesize, test, and report measurable lift.
You will source, evaluate, and pilot channel partnerships, ensuring that each initiative aligns with Tennr's mission to reduce patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system. Your leadership will be crucial in collaborating with like-minded, driven individuals in our Chelsea office, where you will work closely with various teams to launch new verticals and enhance existing processes.
