You possess strong communication skills in both Hungarian and English, allowing you to effectively assist our merchants and address their needs. Desirable
Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with payment systems or software services can be beneficial. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As a Customer Relations Agent, you will be part of our Customer Operations Team in Hungary, dedicated to making small merchants feel valued. You will assist our merchants through all communication channels, educating them about our products and resolving their requests. Your goal is to ensure that every merchant receives the support they need to succeed. You will actively listen to customer feedback and work with your team to implement improvements based on their insights.
