You will answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats, addressing customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure that all issues are escalated to senior management when necessary. You will gather feedback from customers to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall enhancement of Teya's services.
