What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Teya, you will lead a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across a defined territory. Your mission is to develop, coach, and grow your team while delivering on sales targets. You will work closely with the Head of Field Sales to implement strategies that empower small and medium businesses with cutting-edge payment solutions. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. You will also collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals, contributing to a supportive and high-energy culture.
