You understand the challenges faced by small businesses and are passionate about providing them with the resources to succeed. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.
Desirable
Experience in the payments industry or with software solutions for small businesses is a plus β you understand the nuances of this market and can navigate its complexities effectively. A background in business development or field sales will set you apart, as will any experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Teya, you will lead a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across a defined territory β your primary goal will be to drive sales and expand our market presence. You will work closely with the Head of Field Sales to develop strategies that align with our mission of empowering small businesses. Your responsibilities will include coaching your team, setting sales targets, and ensuring they have the resources to meet their goals. You will also engage with clients directly, understanding their needs and how Teya's solutions can best serve them. Regularly analyzing sales performance and adjusting strategies will be key to your success in this role.
