What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Teya, you will lead a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across a defined territory. You will work closely with the Head of Field Sales to implement sales strategies that align with Teya's mission of empowering small businesses. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to your team.
You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Teya's payment solutions can enhance their business operations. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, you will help your team stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales performance and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
