What you'll do

In this role, you will define and implement the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification plans, driving the organization towards compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. You will develop and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify opportunities for improvement. Your focus will be on the propulsion systems test site, where you will oversee EHS management and ensure that all activities align with safety standards.

You will provide continuous training and education to employees, fostering a proactive culture of safety throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring HSE performance metrics and driving continual improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of the company's space projects.
