Who you are

You have a technical diploma in mechanics, fabrication, or industrial engineering — your education has equipped you with the foundational skills necessary for hands-on manufacturing tasks. You are comfortable working with tools and machinery, and you have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and care.

Your experience includes working with prototype parts and assemblies — you understand the importance of quality and traceability in aerospace manufacturing. If you have welding skills, particularly in TIG or equivalent methods, that will be a strong plus for this role. You are eager to collaborate with engineers and technicians, contributing to the realization of innovative spacecraft designs.

What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in the prototyping of spacecraft subsystems — your responsibilities will include manufacturing prototype parts through cutting, drilling, machining, and assembling. You will also provide workshop support, assisting with mechanical adjustments and tooling preparation to meet the diverse needs of engineering teams.

You will assist engineers in the assembly and setup of test benches, ensuring that all mechanical integrations are performed accurately. There is also an opportunity for you to be trained on CNC machines and Wire-EDM processes, allowing you to participate in the production of flight hardware. Your role will require you to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, adhering to aerospace requirements throughout your work.
