Who you are

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. You have the ability to write electrical schematics and are eager to apply your knowledge in a practical setting. Your experience with Python scripting and LabVIEW software will be essential in this role, as you will be developing automation for test data ingestion and analysis.

You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys hands-on testing and troubleshooting. You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of writing clear technical documentation. Your passion for propulsion systems and space technology drives you to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

As an intern in the Huracan Thrust Chamber Team, you will be directly involved in the development of test benches for cryogenic engines and their subsystems. Your responsibilities will include improving electrical test bench systems from concept to integration and commissioning. You will also develop automation for test data ingestion into the internal database and assist in post-test analysis software.

You will perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Writing clear technical documentation will be a key part of your role, as you will need to communicate your findings and improvements to the team. Your contributions will play a vital role in the success of the Future Propulsion Systems Division.
