Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, ideally within the fintech or trading sectors. You are fluent in both Arabic and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Your strong sense of ownership and responsibility drives you to provide exceptional service, and you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to convey information clearly and empathetically. You are dedicated to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
What you'll do
As a Customer Experience Representative at Thndr, you will respond to customer inquiries through email and chat, providing accurate and timely support on a wide range of topics, including account issues and trade execution. You will utilize the Freshchat system to create and manage internal tickets, escalating customer-reported issues to relevant teams such as tech, operations, and compliance. Your role will involve tracking ticket progress and following up to ensure timely resolution, keeping customers informed about the status of their requests. You will also contribute to achieving individual and team customer satisfaction targets by adhering to quality standards and delivering clear, empathetic communication.
